To enable email notifications, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings:
Go to the Settings section of the platform.
Access Communications Settings:
Select the Communications tab.
Add a Notification Channel:
Click the "Add Channel" button.
Configure Email Notifications:
In the modal that opens, choose the Email option and give the channel a name.
Add Recipients and Email Details:
On the next screen, enter the list of email addresses that should receive the notifications. Additionally, specify the email subject that will appear when the email is sent.
Save
Click the butten Create channel.
This will set up your email notifications, allowing you to customize the recipients and the content for the alerts sent by the system.
