Connect to databases

Make sure to include our IP address (35.212.87.86) to your firewall’s whitelist.

To connect to a database—whether as a source or a destination—you need to ensure that the database is accessible from the Erathos infrastructure. To establish this connection:

  1. Firewall Configuration:

    • Allow the Erathos IP (e.g., 35.212.87.86) in your database's firewall settings. This step ensures that the infrastructure can reach your database.

  2. Tunneling Credentials:

    • If the connection requires a tunnel (e.g., SSH or VPN), make sure the tunnel credentials are properly registered on the platform.

    • This involves providing the necessary details such as host, port, username, and private key (if applicable).
