Make sure to include our IP address (35.212.87.86) to your firewall’s whitelist.
To connect to a database—whether as a source or a destination—you need to ensure that the database is accessible from the Erathos infrastructure. To establish this connection:
Firewall Configuration:
Allow the Erathos IP (e.g., 35.212.87.86) in your database's firewall settings. This step ensures that the infrastructure can reach your database.
Tunneling Credentials:
If the connection requires a tunnel (e.g., SSH or VPN), make sure the tunnel credentials are properly registered on the platform.
This involves providing the necessary details such as host, port, username, and private key (if applicable).
